Dog Nights of Summer - WMATA Rail - WDC - 4 August 2008

In connection with my "Dog Days / Nights of Summer 2008" here is my video compilation of my Monday evening, 4 August 2008 of my subway rides from the SW Waterfront Station to Dupont Circle and then back again.

It is in August of each year, during the 'dog days of summer' that I usually will try and revisit, edit and update some of my writings from the summer months.

With that in mind, I took along with me my yet to be completed 11 July 2008 essay TRAVELING WHILE BLACK which shes light on my trips to and from Fort Lauderdale, over the years.

Before returing to the Dupont Circle subway station at the south exit I spent more than an hour capturing the Madison Livelystones Band.

The compilation begans with two clips shot at Waterfront Station, followed by a clip shot at Gallery Place when en route to Dupont Circle.

It ends with two clips shot at Dupont Circle at around 11:15 pm when I was returning home.
