  • My mom had this illness for 8 years. She just died last week.

It was detected early and was taking Namenda. She knew all of us until the very end.

  • I am so sorry to hear about your mom! May she rest in peace! My best friend has it too! It is horrible!

  • The most people I know with alzheimers are under 65, some in their 40s and me at 53, the bulk of people with Alzheimer are over 65, there is a growing group of people under that age.

  • My Dad has had dementia for about 2 1/2 years now. He has always been very active. He has always been an inspiration to me in how he helped and served so many people in his life. Now it's my turn to serve him. Thanks for the informative video. I am trying to learn as much as I can about the disease so I can help him and minimize the chances that I develop this disease.
