@auraelite as i said in the video, the kansai area (kyoto, osaka, kobe, nara) is fine. especially if she lives in kyoto, absolutely no problems. phones should be working. we, in kyoto, felt nothing. absolutely nothing. kyoto is surrounded by mountains to the north, east, and west and we're a good 100 miles from any coastlines. kyoto is the safest city in japan.
