No. She would never admit it then, but if you read the lyrics there are so many clues that it was about MJ. She wrote and recorded the album when she was going through the hate/indifferent phase.
MJ is the love of her life, no other man has come close.

Actually, No it's not. Lights out is about her Dad So lovely is about her children and To whom it may concern is about children being drugged needlessly. Oh yeah Important was about HER.
