In the MIDDLE of her outdoor Spring Conditioning workout, Amy performs a 45 second Battle Rope Exercise. In this video, Amy is performing what we call "Duck Flappers" at our Shop!
It's really just a timed Shoulder Fly Excercise, but the 50 Foot 1&1/2" Rope gives this exercise a Cardio element by maintaining consistent movement fhe rope in each hand throughout the timeframe and keeping proper posture & leverage!
In addition to the shoulder stability and burn - your heart gets elevated a bunch too making the Rope Exercises a multi-purpose component in any workout.
