Whistle! Manga Chapter 1.

As a resolution for the new year, I am going to try and upload 1 whistle! manga chapter a week. I may update more or less frequently depending on time constraints.

Sorry it was in two parts. I can't upload past 10 minutes thanks to youtube .-.; But this should be the only chapter in two parts, because it had 31 pages intead of the usual 21. :)
