My friend once took out a closed bottle of water from the freezer, so that he can drink it cold, and then he opened it and gulped it down... It froze in his throat and he barfed all the water out, it was interesting. Great video!

this happens because in order to freeze there needs to be some nucleus for the ice to start forming, because he used bottled/pure water there was no nucleus to start the solidification (freezing) process, the water in the bottle is super-chilled (below freezing) and when it is disturbed it causes a chain reaction and the bottle freezes

@DeliciousPastries really have no idea what your talking about. maybe you live somewhere where they use candy glass. I have never seen that happen in my reality. I live in one of the snowiest parts of the world. Hokurikru area Japan, but at its coldest at night and in the early morning it avg around -5C. -8 is the coldest I have ever seen here. But we get record snow falls. Some people use boiling water. I just use luke warm.Keep on being a d1ck. world always need more.

This happened to me this morning.it was re-used bottle. Sometimes my car is frozen in the morning. So I put hot water in a 1.5 liter empty plastic bottle and poor it on my windows. I prepared such a bottle one morning and didn't need it so threw it in the back of my car. The opposite happened today, and I thought "oh! this water is not frozen yet, it should work." I opened it up and it froze before I could pour any out. WFT? then I watched the entire bottle freeze even faster than 30 sec.
