Steve; I stumbled across your book 'Flight of the Intruder' I could not put it down until the last page. As a fellow aviator of similar vintage; still flying every day as a commercial flight examiner, I was impressed and humbled by the authenticity of the narrative. I salute you sir, and all who ever flew with death just a heartbeat away.

Thanks for the great video, Steve! I've enjoyed your books and articles quite a bit through the years - paticularly Cannibal Queen. I'm sure those of us who ply our trade at the airlines lost a fun guy to fly with, but the world of aviation literature is a better place for it. Drop me a line if you ever get through Houston. Hi, I owned my J-3 Cub for 12 years. I sure miss the old girl. Thank you for the very nice flight and excellent commentary. Nothing in this world flies like a Piper Cub!
