Not many people can bring this out of me. Her singing this song is mesmerizing. To be in that room that night with her and that choir must have been glorious. I think I would have started shouting by the second verse.

Regardless of your or mine personal experiences with death & loss in this life: miss Patti definitely had HER's! Reading het (auto)biography "Don't block the blessings", and seeing her almost heart-braking emotions whenever she sings (for example) "Forever Young" - as a hymne to her late mother...I wish that you don't mis-interprete things. Pls Look different & see better!

I must say: I don't know what either PTSD or agoraphobia is, or whatever consequences it can have to one's (quality of) live. However, I do TOTALLY understand the soothing cure of miss Patti's voice and personality.

Being my muse, I sincerely wish that you experience the same gift she has given me ever since I have "met" her.

I`m disabled with PTSD and agoraphobia. I don`t know what I would have done all these years without Patti LaBelle`s voice to soothe my soul. She is indeed a vessel from above. Be kind to her as she ages. As I take my life because I could not get A therapist or Psychiatrist to assist me her voice will hopefully be in my ears until I reach that special place WAY UP THERE. GOD BLESS. KEEP THE PEACE.
