You can find this tool by selecting "Display ad builder" under the "Ad Variations" tab within any AdWords ad group or campaign. It's one of the ad format options, next to text ads and image ads. Hope this helps.

Hi everyone - I want to let you know that I've posted a couple more videos, including one that shows you how to access the feature in AdWords.
