southernavenger, I appreciate what you are doing, but yes, I believe that if it were proven that if obama was nto a valid American cit, the Supreme CT would have to award judgement to the plaintiffs. Yes, it is a distraction, but we do have the rule of law.

I'm fairly independent; sure I have my leanings, but if I see that one party is utterly ridiculous while another party (whose views are largely the same) is sane, I will vote for the sane party.
Since I don't agree with 100% of either party's policy, I prefer one that's capable of governing, which is why SA makes a great point. It's nonsense like this that makes the GOP look like a tiny car full of clowns for which no rational person would ever vote.
