Seattle University MPA Policy Finalist, Andrew Musson presents "Increasing Organ Donor Registration Rates through Effective Applications of Behavioral Economics." Students in the Master of Public Administration program submitted papers proposing innovative public policy solutions to issues facing our region. Finalists presented their papers to judges Sally J. Clark, Seattle City Council President, Fred Jarrett, Deputy King County Executive, and Tony Lee, Advocacy Director at Solid Ground, and the Seattle University community MPA Policy Incubator Competition on March 21st.
