Updated. Normally, the line "fuck him in the ass" is "take him in the bath."

She nearly ALWAYS sings it that way live. The only time I haven't seen her do it is when she sang it with the Boston Pops orchestra, but that was like a fanciful, pretty version of it so singing it like that would be sort of awful, though she did make kind of a funny face and rolled her eyes.
