@p0etryinmotion i dont live in a flat i live in a house and i got a message from virgin saying they will boost the internet in a couple of weeks well its been a couple of weeks and still no diffrenet

@ukcnitro abra cadabra! there ya go your internet is fixed. Unfortunately your in an over utilized area and that's why afternoons to evenings your broadband will be slow. Normally you tend to get some connection back midnight-1am+! Its normally worsened if your in a student area where one house has been converted into 4/5 flats and the flats rented seperately, each house then needs its own cable. The cable network was originally intended for a smaller customer base thus creating the problem.

I work for Virgin Media and love or hate us ,we have the best broadband in the country full stop!!! There was a 9 months student contract by the way, anyone who tells you otherwise its probably more ignorance than anything intentional. The over utilization problems are being looked at and will be sorted for good practically within the next 6 years. 14 billion pounds of investment into Virgin's network will ensure that

I used to be a customer of virgin media but they treat there customers like shit.They fuck about with your service remove channels from your tv service with out telling you.They moan at you when you buy a film off there service.They are a waste of time

Virgin media is the biggest thieving company ever... Absolutely awful! I worn anyone to even pay a little more for another provider, I've never lost so much money to one company and got rubbish in return... They are disgusting! Even trying to cancel the contract they were shoving they're hands in my pocket, trying to charge me even though I was already switched to another provider.. They have no interest in service only money.. I am so glad to be rid of them.. (breath)'
I don't see what's wrong with virgin I pay cheaper with them than sky and I get more for what I pay

VM failed to set up or keep record of 3 direct debit requests and started charging me money til i noticed.
Gave me a 12 month contract when I asked for a 9 month deal, one operator told me that "a 9 month deal never existed"
Told me that to end my contract I should call on the last day. When I did they charged me for an extra month.
Charge £3 for calls from non-Virgin phones and automated service often hangs up on YOU without asking if you'd like to be speak to someone.
Extra cost: £225 :(
