@gHOSTDOSe There is no recomendation at all. You can do tricks on 2 meters long pole or on 50 cm baton. I use 150 cm staff, these guys seem to use longer ones. It all depends on your preferences and place you have for practice (if practicing in room or something, get shorter one). That's it.
