Very Close NHL Hockey Goal Review -- Did Stick or Skate Last Touch the Puck?

NHL hockey goal reviews are pretty straightforward for the most part -- there's usually not too much deliberation required, but every once in awhile the play requires a very close look, like this clip here. The video review would need to show conclusive reason to overturn a decision. If that can not be done, then the decision must stand. Kind of like baseball -- a tie goes to the runner. (Note, there are different stages to the review process). In this clip, the puck is obviously kicked by Slava Voynov but the LA Kings contend that it was last touched by Dustin Brown's stick. Even the slightest touch of a stick after the puck left Voynov's skate would have made it a goal (and it wouldn't have mattered whose stick it was). This was a bad goal to take back from Dustin Brown, as he worked for it with his nice one-on-one deke move around the defenseman Justin Braun (it's a coincidence that their names rhyme).
