This is 1st hand evidence of cloud dispersing / governmental manipulation of our Skies via these Chemtrails,Not Contrails. Killing off clouds,thus = NO RAIN = SO CALLED -GLOBAL WARMING. The fact is Governments world wide have created a Chemical /s of which when released into the high upper levels of our atmosphere can create a Broad High pressure System,thus killing off all cold fronts & any possibilty of Rains Forming! These Drought events throught out S.E Australia IE-VICTORIA,NEW SOUTH WALES,SOUTH AUSTRALIA have been a secret artificially Government made Coverup! The CO2 Global Buy Back Scheme is a Money Raking Propagander world wide! Also,here in Australia - The Government has made a lovely nest ,ripping off us citizens with anything to do with water (COSTS SKY ROCKETING 10 FOLD) of which they now control via this spraying programe.
