You can remove wallpaper in a number of ways, but the easiest method in most cases is to use a wall paper scorer, spray on some DIF wallpaper remover, let it soak in, and then use a scraper. This will work for most wallpaper and though it's messy, it's not nearly as messy as using a wallpaper steamer.
