Looks good. Across from an Orange juice factory (did U ever smell rotten OJ)? and a raw sewage facility. Still, not bad at all, especially for "Doitagain Dunedin!" See ya at Eddies!

its at a great location. its between honeymoon island and clearwater island, i biked to both. also along a strip with a bike path that isnt along the road. theres a great fish shop near the super markets, and in the other direction a mexican place and bike rentals

i stayed there over new years vacation. great resort. was cheap since it was just opening and it was off season, very helpful staff. it has a great pool setup; hot tub, warm pool and cool pool. very clean rooms, i had a studio over the water, great view. wifi was a bit slow tho. sometimes it wouldnt work if you werent at a certain part of the building
