hi mtae lovely rig,ive got a trio ts 830,can i say that u done the alc bit wrong,u peaked it right past the alc mark,ur supose to have it on the end of the alc meter,u had it way past,u turn drive down so the needle wont go past the alc mark on meter,u want it to reach the end of alc meter, not well past it as u did,try that mate its the proper way to tune it.keep up the vids mate, oww im not having a go at u just try to help
I have a TS520 and once you get into the swing of plate and load you have a fair idea where the settings should be for the band you are on and then just peak the plate and load for maximum out put on your power meter.
Got my Ts820 up and running too.
It had the following issues
Q14 on PLL board-2sc741 was open- replaced by 2n2222
PLL out of adjustment, tuned to 3.1v midband
Display had an open via -cutting power to the display inverter. Via below 100uf/10v capacitor next to L23
12by7 screen resistor had drifted to 9k from 3.9k
