@ozoneocean aaaaahhhhh, no. The chef threw saltine cracker packets at us if we even asked him if something was ready yet....

I love how accurate this is. Reminds me of my days as a waiter having to use BS words like "island of mousse". It was a scoop, nothing more.

@LJPpro yeah, it is xD

I could be wrong, and there's absolutely no way to be sure, but I think that this may in fact be a clip from a television show called Kids in the Hall from years ago. It was a comical show involving 'skits' in which the characters would play out a predetermined scenario that had a comedic edge to it.

It's funny because this is the complete opposite of how people are in the food service industry.

Awesome! I remember this one from a long time ago. Thanks for the upload. :-)
"Because—and I find that this happens more often on Thursday nights more than any night of the week—people seem to be running out of dipping areas... even before they run out of mousse."
Good Lord this sketch is ingenious. Their dialogue is... so spot-on.

This is no laughing matter. I once got thumb prints in my chocolate dusting and I haven't been able to eat mousse or sorbet since. I've only recently been able to eat blueberries again. My protege says I should get a lawyer and sue the restaurant. They can't be allowed to treat people like that.
