I think that helps too. I found that the cake products seem less desirable when I started cake class and had to actually put my hands into the iceing and feel it on my hands constantly.. and then have to clean my tools later.. It discusted me.. if feels gross even though it does taste good I have to remind myself that all it is, is flavored grease and who whats that in their body.

i love your hair. new color!  congrats on those 7 lbs and being able to see your goal of being in the 130's so close. Awesome. Cake Decorating is so much fun. I like to look at it, more than do it, but my mom and her friend took classes when i was a kid and it was alot of fun. handling sugar and foods that do not help us is HUGE accomplishment. Way to go. Thanks for the compliment.. I love the new color I hate that the red is the first color that fades so it will take some maintenance.

I feel like I am coming full circle with my issues with sugar and the class definately helped me with that.

Thanks, I just had to find some way to work on myself other then just the physical.. I wanted the mental part of understanding that I did not need the sugar out of my head. It was important for me to find more control with myself, so that falling off the wagon will not hurt so bad when I do it and so that I will be able to resist a lot better now.

Yep.. that is what I am working on is building up the ability to resist what I love most which is sugar like most of us.

Thanks sweety.. I went a little crazy with the color thing but I couldn't help myself.. I had been thinking about doing something to it for awhile.. I really like the color too... I know I am getting close but I hate all of extra skin.

Thanks... I have just been trying to stick to my plan as much as possible while trying to teach myself to rethink my thoughs on my "addiction" to food.
