  • @ShiroUnlimited WORKING Hard and to be rich is not a problem, even the dumbest of the dumb can be rich and I don't put the blame on the rich why there are poor. You totally miss my point. If mega projects like this one are being undertaken, how come not much is given in making the housing for the poor be if not equally outstanding.

  • @peteaong1 Then you should work hard to be rich too. :)

It's not their problem anymore. Your fate is in your hands. :))

  • .I'm from Zamboanga City (southern phil) and I can say that Zambo is a clean place and Basilan too and Jolo..Zambo hve beautiful houses, resorts, buildings and colorful fountains ..*belat* to the LIAR MEDIA....just noticed that all they show on tv are all about "gyera" that's why we citizens don't develop the feeling of being "on top" among other countries and thinks that our country is poorly developed..it's coz of the media and ignorant youtubers ..just saying.

  • .Another megastructure for the rich....how about the poor?

  • To avoid squatters, you should simply prevent them from coming to lands that aren't their properties in the first place

  • cont...To jumpstart development especially in the countryside the Phil govt must provide micro-credits or micro-financing to groups or people who wish to start their enterprise. Programs must reward businesses that employ more people. Jobs will put money in people's pocket and help sustain the business and economy. The govt must ensure that programs are fair, equitably distributed and must have a good feedback mechanism and transparency to avoid corruption and political manuevering to come in.

  • The long term solution to squatting in Metro Manila is to distribute progress throughout the archipelago. The Philippine govt must create and build trade/economic centers in the provinces so locals don't have to go to Manila and other big city centers to find employment outside their own. The central govt must help local govts to develop programs to bring business to the countryside and/or help locals to establish their own to generate employments in their areas.
