@LordAkaneon You bugging son dulah.. Nas was still going platinum off Lyrics. Get your fact straight. The way the industry is i can see this happening no more thoyugh. I guess you forget companies by back the artist album to make it look like it did better to meet expectations. AS far Can-i-bus goes he came out with a album that had subject matter and weak beats. Unlike many others who had a better musical team around them i won't blame him. He never had the machine Em, 50, Jay had.

@fLaWiDuHfInEsT Do you know really how many dope ass artist are in the underground?Most of the underground artist have followings that don't include the radio or video...they still make crazy money.People like Tech N9ne that sells platinum albums with no video or radio play.KRS ONE who has been around forever, and people still buy his stuff.D Block, La Coka Nostra, Sean Price and the Boot Camp Click, etc.

@mmou3878 He never had that much of a 'buzz' to begin with, he only has one platinum album. We're not talking about someone like 50 Cent who sold 9 million copies with his first release. We're talking about someone who was hurt more by making non-commercial material. Lets look at Nas - Nas has been around for a while, but when was the last time Nas went platinum? Years and years ago. Do you think Jay-Z killed Nas' career? No way, Nas just started making less mainstream songs

@LordAkaneon Going at a legend did hurt his career. I am sorry he didn't just get cold over night. That was the most anticipated debut album from a n artist before Drake or 50 and it was a big let down. Canibus was that dude. Just wrong career move.
