I have two different variations of the 1 legged squat on this video that I used the most while training. The easiest one is the first exercise where I am standing on the ground and squatting until I touch the bench with my butt and drive back up to standing position. The second one is far more progressive and should only be tried after mastering the first progression. You should also have someone or something there you can grab onto the first time you try it!
