  • If I was ever to move down south this would be the reason.

  • Ohhh yeeahh, dont let that juice flip in yo eye

  • @MrFrodo1066 I'm from Alabama and we have a big crawdaddy boil every season. I moved up North for college and nobody had ever even heard of a crawdaddy (OR a crawdad, crawfish or crayfish -- I tried). One of the many reasons I moved back here when I graduated. I have family in New Orleans, and we make a pretty darn good imitation in Alabama but nothin could be better than the crawdaddies I had in Louisiana! Y'all are doing it right.

  • @iceburg506 No they taste more like a cross between lobster and shrimp with the texture being slightly tougher than stir fried shrimp. But when they are boiled cajun style they take on a taste of their own, Its smokey and salty and savory and its an edible experience I live for. Here in Iowa you can find good a crawdaddy boil anywhere and that makes me sad cause my mama used to do that every summer, but if you get you a chance to try it, jump on it and relish it.

  • any meat in the claws?????

  • @sdwatt57 LMAO! Nuget xD

  • @iceburg506 It's saltier, and spicier than lobster. Lobster really doesn't have taste (atleast when I've tried it)

  • do people outside louisiana even eat crayfish? I've always just assumed that we were the only ones.

  • Suck the head. Go "aw yeah" and don't let the juice get in your eye. That's what I learned.
