  • How big is this place?

  • @Paperagent02 : Very large. 8 Rings, floor space 50 bags, weight room, Yoga, body /boot camp / Krabi Krabong Workout areas. See Gym Tour.

  • Hey great videos :-)

If you are a beginner would you say that your body can take that level of training twice a day or will you be sore all the time and go into overtraining do you think?

    Thanks...

  • Our training regimen is standard for a Muay Thai fighter and designed by our Master and Program Instructors. Like all sports, you need to work hard and be disciplined to train 6 hours + a day in two 3-hour sessions. Thai fighters also run 10+ km each day on top of training. Foreigners starting in our beginners program usually will need to build up their stamina and endurance depending on their current conditioning level.

  • does kru prathez still teach here?

  • How much for the training Nak?

  • I'm going there for 4 weeks. Going to be awesome

  • i wanna spend the summer here. just need the money ha

  • @NakMuayThai Good.

  • @mtuppen89 : That would be determined by a head trainer that will test your technique and check your conditioning on arrival. They are not too strict if you want intermediate training.

  • i'm currently a level one muay thai student training at Khanomtom Muay Thai in Tampa under Kru Ray Cole. I have been training usually 5 days a week and have a good understanding of Muay Thai however i have never trained in Thailand before and i was just wondering if it would be wise for me to go for beginner or intermediate training?

  • @NakMuayThai I am training for that, so when I visit Thailand, you guys will be somewhat impressed. First I'm trying to get six pack though... also this video really helps me out. I am going to train with my jewish friend. he does not know thai pad training, i know how to hold it, know some decent combos. its not going to be even close to your skills though lol
