Blacks and Whites grew up on Ipi Ntombi - the dances and songs are still in our blood. Do you remember when the White Government forced these beautiful women to wear bras, as it was considered "indecent" to show parts of the body. Women's breasts had a black stripe over them in magazines.

This is amazing I have been looking everywhere for this on the Internet. I to grew up watching the recording my family had of it and it never fails to make me feel good!!!

AMAZING!!! I have spent the last 30 years or so looking for this video. I saw the live shows of this cast in 1977 in Nigeria. They played in my secondary school, St Louis College, Jos for 5 nights. I was privileged to see them for 5 nights running. They influenced my decision to become a Theatre Artists. I so wanted to dance like them. Thanks for posting this.
