Old old video from 1990 of me playing my first gig with my brand new 'at the time' Carvin DC127 ST through a Carvin SX100 amp.
Unfortunately I had to sell it a few years ( '97 ) and didn't own a Carvin since that time.
But in the last couple of years I've bought 4 Carvin guitars ... An NS-1 Nylon Synth , a Koa Bolt Plus , a C66 , and 2
Bunny Brunel 5 string basses ( fretted and fretless)

I am going to order a Carvin DC127 with the reversed pointy headstock and now I know what it looks like. It sounds great too were those the C-22's?

Well the new pointy headstock has a more dramatic look than my '90 DC127 did but a lot of players prefer it .

As far as the pickups I'm not a hundred per cent but I pretty sure they were the stock ones they offered ... the neck pickup on the other hand was a stacked humbucker .. I dont think they make it anymore since they now have the Twinblade humbuckers that take up the same space as a single coil

Hey I remember when you first bought that guitar. All happy and teary eyed, showing off yer brand new carvin. If its an old vid then it means I'm old and I'm not old dammit!
