This version is faster than the album one going by most of the other covers on here.

The chords are fairly straight forward, the plucking is the hard part(and my plucking is different to Eddie's - see http://youtu.be/LUsPauyu8xM for instruction video)
The low E is tuned down to D (in my version only just to give the chorus a bit of welly), the rest is standard tuning

Tabs are found at http://www.guitaretab.com/p/pearl-jam/198627.html

Lyrics are found here http://www.azlyrics.com/lyrics/pearljam/justbreathe.html

  • Could you tell us how you pluck the strings please??? It's just that you go pretty fast and can't really see what your are doing... The tab you link us to isn't what you play... =/

  • @azlastor Just uploaded a video showing the plucking slowed down. The link to it is in the description above. Hope that helps. fg

  • I can hear the changes in chords, regrets possible, awesome version, thank you

  • @lisa007fk Don't understand regrets possible? Thanks for comment though. Tried messaging u but couldn't. fg

  • this should be compulsory listening....sweet....lasting.

  • Awesome post. Making learning this song so much easier.

  • due to the fast picking icant play tihs

  • I meant the changes in chords or tempo mean something you feel or felt

  • @van1980 His E is tuned down to D so the notes on that string are two frets higher, for example, the F is in the 3rd fret instead of the 1st. But you can also play this song with normal tuning like Eddie

  • You sing very well. Greetings.
