When i was a kid my grandfather told me about tornadoes in Caribou.Seems they were pretty common from what i heard.

I live in Maine too! I live in Oxford county. Are thunderstorms are always that blue color and we get them pretty bad.

@lizz1994 agreed. especialyl if mammatus lol. ive seen coulds like this in west chicago IL, ( numerous squall lines. also in OK, on my way out west lol. lvoe this stuff. i hate it for peope who have to clean up after thestorms break stuff. but that life unfortunately

when u saud that the clouds were blue that means that hail maybe big hail is in the storm. it is said that the sun reflects off the rain and hail creating a bluish greenish affect. great video!!

My mamere's house is on Brissette Rd. and was actually hit by the tornado. Whereabouts in Caribou are you located (where was this filmed)?

@bigsissarose South Main St hill - near Hilltop School. The clip was filmed in the general direction of Brissette Road.

Wow... that's Texas skies right there! freaky stuff, huh? Great video - it's so hard to capture the visual of those storm cells! Tip though - when the clouds start dropping down like that right above you - probably a good idea to take cover! :-)
