@007raio todas las artes marciales son eficientes, pero igual todas tiene sus limitacione, por eso hay que escojer lo mejor de cada una. por eso tambien practico jiu jitsu y muay thai. and i do mma : )

DaAQWbros: if you have the guy on the ground through one of those moves he will be shocked and embarrassed...if a fight can end there no need to hurt the guy if it is unnecessary! thats were macho idiots are wrong. if a fight can end without people getting hurt then its good!!!. plus take a class you idiot they do show you how to finish a lock on the ground. i was in bjj and i prefer Aikido!!
