@TheKillerMtl Yup, you never know!
To clarify, the program and WODs are creations of Team Coach Christopher Sommer from the USA Jr. National team. It's the only one of its kind, no one else seems to have a program like this. I don't know why, but it has created a long line of state, regional and national champs and consistently creates excellent gymnasts. It seems he's pissed off a bunch of coaches by giving away so much to the public.
Anyways, whatever you do have fun with what you choose!
wow thats awesome.... i always do the L-sit and never thought of using that movement.... Adding that one in now!!! Great job on the vid!!!

Very nice! you may really get a lot out of the gymnastic bodies program. Check out some of my videos, see if you like what you see with the workouts of the day (WODS), and if you're interested in a very methodical system of building high level gymnastic strength check out the gymnasticbodies web site! It's linked on my WOD videos.
You really are strong in the core and the active flexibility is tremendous!!!

@slizzardman Thanks man, I'll definitely take a look. I already have my workouts, but we'll hang a pair of rings from the ceiling soon, in the gym where I live, so I might start to practice strength for gymnastics again. Your WOD might give me good ideas. :)

@slizzardman Hey Slizzardman! Thanks for reminding me about GB, I subscribed to it a few months ago, under the nickname Vagabond! Hope your training is doing well!

Did you have to train hard to achieve that hand position? How? I have to use a flat palm on the ground but would like to be a little higher.

I'm really sorry, I did not have to train to achieve that hand position. It just came alone when I needed it. It's not very hard to do, just put your hand flat on the ground, then turn your thumbs the other side, to make them opposed to your fingers. And your fingers still stay flat on the floor. It is possible to do it on your finger tips, but it's more tirering.
