Many people are so arrogant they think only THEY are the final arbiter of what is right. You are also poorly informed. Clinton did not leave a surplus, he merely increased intragovernmental debt to pay down the public debt-i.e. reallocation. Search the OBM and Treasury FY1993 to 2001 for youself, you don't even have to take my word for it.
