Man,It's about time CA, had a sheriff that upholds the constitution rather than their own personal beliefs.

I like that guy, I may live in the most gun friendly state ( Florida) but I think he should be the governor

@GTVAlfaMan I live in san bernardino. I know the risk and I take calculated risks. Like I said if someone is trying to gun me down, I will be busting back this time. If i get caught and go down then I guess thats my destiny, but I'd rather defend myself than not.

Think about it, Felony. Jail time, prison time maybe. General population. And we all know what happens there. Plus you lose your gun rights if you get out of jail. LUCC is still legal. Where in California do you live?

Aren't you running the risk of a felony on your record and losing your right to own a firearm by illegally concealing a firearm on your person? I myself, have been LUCC'ing, which I still believe is legal since AB 144 passed into law. As we all know, Open Carry has been banned in California since Jan. 1st, and LUCC is the only legal option unless you can get a CCW permit. But here in SoCal you must be a basketball player, a rich actor or best friend of the police chief for a CCW

I live in California and even though I do not have a CCW I still conceal and carry my glock 9mm. I am a productive member of society, I am 28 years old and I do not have any arrest record. I've never been arrested and I pretty much keep to myself.

I have been shot at 3 times for no reason. I have been robbed at knife point. I have had people throw bricks through my windows, people broken into my house and my car. I honestly, would rather get caught with my gun than without it. I feel safer.

in north Ca getting a CCW is not much of a problem, but i hear the bay area and LA it's almost imposable.

CA gun laws are bad, but we in the uk dream for laws that lenient
