SPOILER Description: Ruby walks in on a possessed Sam, who in turn, hits her profusely, while Dean is rendered incapable of a fighting chance against his brother. In the hospital, Dean watches as Ruby's pulse slowly fades away, and her death time is called. He suffers from hallucinations of her, and can't get her out of his head.
