@mastercheif93 Note also: These pronunciation rules I just gave apply to this word in particular. The 'c' pronunciation can change based on the words. (e.g. in "Exsultate Justi" the word 'rectos' is pronounced "rek-tose" vs. in the very following word in the text, 'decet' is pronounced "de-chet".

@mastercheif93 In ecclesiastical (church) Latin pronunciation, the "c" is pronounced "ch". In classical (scholarly) Latin, it would be pronounced "k". I have never heard the "s" pronunciation used. Nota Bene: I'm a choral music education major with a minor in Latin. In choral music, the ecclesiastical pronunciation is almost universally used.

This was seriously one of the hardest songs I have ever performed in my life! I love Palestrina, but Super Flumina was such a bitch to do. Definetly won't forget it.
