THIS WAS ALSO THE WEEKEND WHEN BLACKBELT MAGAZINE GAVE OUT THE FIRST HONOR TO THE BEST MARTIAL ARTS SCHOOL IN THE WORLD. THE RECIPIENT OF THAT WELL DESERVED HONOR IS SENSEI FRED & KATHY DEGERBERG'S SCHOOL IN CHICAGO ILL., DEGERBERG ACADEMY OF MARTIAL ARTS. CONGRATULATIONS AGAIN TO FRED & KATHY DEGERBERG!!!

If you can see the positive and negative elements of everything you perceive, you will be able to learn and grow from even the (seemingly) worst online video/seminar/system, even if it is simply what you
