  • I haven't seen part 2 yet, but my comments so far are...

    It looks like an over taxed system. There's so much friction in the gear reduction that I wonder if it would be easier to make steam from the 20KW generator than to try to do it kinetically as shown.

    Moreover, if you use and an AC generator, there's no need to invert power to sell to the utility grid, and no resultant lost of energy via heat.
