also, Allah did not change the holy books, the Jews and the Christians did! but it doesn't apply to the Quran and the Muslims because Allah has honoured us with it. He sent it down to us and has guaranteed to PRESERVE it. Allah says:

“Verily, We, it is We Who have sent down the Dhikr (i.e. the Quran) and surely, We will guard it (from corruption)” [al-Hijr 15:9]

may Allah guide you to the true path.

they're not vague! i've explained them. as for the Quran translations, well the Quran was revealed to Muhammad (peace be upon him) in Arabic only. So, any Quranic translation, either in English or any other language, is neither a Quran, nor a version of the Quran, but rather it is only a translation of the meaning of the Quran. The Quran exists only in the Arabic in which it was revealed.

True, the war was NOT religiously motivated (though definitely URDU versus BENGALI CULTURALLY motivated!!) BUT the PARTITION of India DEFINITELY was!!! And the "TARGETED" SLAUGHTER of 100s of 1000s and even upto MILLIONS of HINDUS in Bangladesh before and during 1971 was thanks to the same JIHADI LEGACY!!!

@rationalindian10 Oh my, when did we shift gears? No response for the Bangladeshi issue? At least pakistan and Bangladesh are good allies now, India seems intent of shooting every illegal alien and building huge dam that would rob nearly 100,000 Bengalis of their livelihoods and farming water...

@rationalindian10 The numbers vary from 300,000 to 3 million, so pointing the extreme side of the spectrum does no good. And we know the conflict wasn't religious. It was a political movement with the Pakistanis tryng to regain control from Bangladesh after the Awami league got inside. True, Hindus got killed more but religious motivation was not what instigated the war.
