@Jewels4763 Well whatever your views may be on that just know there are people there that Worked Hard for their homes just like the people over in Mo and that Cairo isn't the Only place with some bad people there are some in any town you go to rather it be in IL, Mo or TN. But I really Wished that Nobody had to lose their homes it is sad no matter how you look at it.

The good news is that a lot of these buildings are now gone or scheduled to be over the next few years. Downtown Cairo will someday be a clean slate.
This video certainly has historical significance. It's sad that this is what's become of a once great Southern Illinois city.
