This ENTIRE birther garbage would be done and over with if the dumbo would just produce his Birth Certificate, no, not the live birth certificate but the real thing: BIRTH CERTIFICATE. The COLB is 'filed by registrar', not 'accepted by registrar', and therefore is not a legal representation of Hawaiian birth. In fact, it means the COLB is either, pending amendment, (amendment wouldnt show until accepted), or evidence provided to the registrar is unsatisfactory and requires more.

A COLB is not a birth cert, although an accepted by registrar one can represent one. Though, it wouldnt prove citizen standing, i.e.: natural born, naturalized etc.
