Get the Bunny Hood, AFTER you have completed Inside Lord Jabu Jabu's Belly
You can find a man running aroung Hyrule, if he is not where he is in my Video

Go to the tree right infront of Lon Lon Ranch, turn so Hyrule Castle is in front or North of you. Look North West and you should see an orangy colored tree, wait by it until you see the running man.

@Zeldaman00 do u use the sun song or no cuz every time its dark i use sun song.. does the sun song have any afect when trying to sale the mask or if the disk is scratch cuz my zelda disk is scratch really bad but the game still works but like i said whould the sun song or the disk being scracth have anything to do with me not seeing him i put zelda near that ornage tree its been 2 days and the guy never showes up like 2 days i mean like real life time
