Quickstrike TCG new Captain Card

This new card type supports characters and will make the game faster; it should help as a first line of defense since I felt the game needed something to make up for the emergency card given the increase in speed. I created the effects for the cards; I had to change Disable to Theft because I needed it to be more powerful, stealing an opponent's artifact or using one from your bench rather than merely destroy it. I wonder what anyone thinks; it'll obviously be limited to 1 (and it's outside the deck) because of this added power plus you can only have 1 real captain anyway. I think I'll call this 2 card pile Techniques, with the captain and emergency.
