That would short circuit the brain of about 90% of people driving their cars. I would be lucky to make it home alive if I rode with that LED technology in my bike wheel set. I am amazed about amount of near misses I have every week without these distractions. I know the first night out I would have some idiot pull up next to me, then slowly drift sideways to the bike lane as with a glazed over expression.
