I've only been using kettlebells for a short time, considering that I've been workingout forever... I have started to get carpal tunnel problems almost a years ago. Since I've been using kettlebells, the problem is almost gone. Pay attention to form, and the kettlebells will actually help the situation. I believe that it is the pulling away action of the swings... But I could be full of shit...lol.
this is amazing. i was wondering why i was hurting soo bad :( also is eating donutes after you work out bad for you like long trm as well??? man how depressing. I don't want to give my self carpal tunnel from using my kettle bells. sigh aw man
Thank you Scott I know carpal tunnel stinks because I have lived with it for the past few years my tendon release is November 4th. I must say that you should do these avoid any risk of getting it.
