whats server ip/ and how doy uo rocket jump~?

the server's been down for some time, as i'm not able to keep it up for as often as i like :(

you can rocket jump higher by jumping and holding crouch, but for some reason every class aside from the soldier can rocket jump much higher and farther than the soldier himself, which makes for some really interesting rocket jumps
