interdisciplinary dialogue + intermedial / experimental / poetic mail-art-project interrelating + developing picture, sound, film. initiated 2007 by elffriede.interdisciplinary.drawingsystem sending minimalistic characters = one-picture-ink-drawings to 48 internationale soundartists asking to reply with a sound-piece. vice versa refering to the sounds elffriede.interdisciplinary.drawingsystem created out of each one-picture-ink-drawing a minimalistic contemplative film. here is one of 9 films done out of 33 films in progress. a hand-stencil-printed book collecting all the drawings done at www.extrapool.nl - combined with a cd collecting all sounds done in collaboration with ernst reitermaier c/o the viennese label transacoustic-research + mastering: martin siewert is also available.
