After a couple months I'm back to making videos. I lost my flip cam and was a little discouraged because the quality on this camera is grainy. I decided to shoot vids anyways. I'm looking to get a new Iphone 4 in a couple days and that has an HD camera on it. I'm back to making vids now. I am working out consistantly and getting great results as well. Thank you for joining me in my journey.

I'm a raw foodist vegan pushing the envelope on what's possible as far as gaining strength on a 100% raw vegan diet without stuffing myself with protein.

  • On the same road here, gained 60 pounds over the course of a year once but the strength gain wasn't optimal. Started off a week ago with a different concept - idea by vicsnatural. Basic principle: It's not the weight, it's the focus on the muscle that does the trick. I've never felt the training as precisely in the focussed muscles as now and due to the drop of weight I'm really going easy on the joints. Your focus on raising the weights and reps had me suggesting that concept. Take care, man!

    Another thing to consider is that large animals such as elephants, hippos, rhinos, musk ox, and many others are all herbivores. Also, consider that the largest dinosaurs such as Brachiosaurus, Triceratops, Parasaurolophus, Stegosaurus, Diplodocus, Corythosaurus, Ankylosaurus, Iguanodon, and many others were all herbivores.

  • Another muscle building food is wheatgrass.

  • @lifelongstudent333 Thanks brotha!!! i'm doing a 3 day water fast at the moment and I am hoping that it wont affect my gains. I'm looking to tweek my diet after monday. My diet has been the same for a year straight. a gallon of smoothie and a large taco salad. I talk about it in a few vids.. much respect!
