A "cure" for HIV/AIDS is not desired by members of the US government. To know this requires knowing the purpose for this killer "agent" dubbed HIV/AIDS. First documented into law in 1969 as Public Law 91-171 and entitled "SYNTHETIC BIOLOGICAL AGENT", a program of the US Army, and cautioned to become a "mass killer of populations".

The government is people, individuals some who have evil and racially hateful intent. I suggest you read Public Law 91-171, it's about mass murder. Who's being killed in those "terrible proportions"? Why are they being killed? Why has the US refused to sign on to proposed changes to UN Biological Warfare Treaty?  I'm coming from a knowledgebase of which you likely have never ventured into.

It's a question of how you will deal with it. Afterall, it is mainly instituted and managed by your group of people. They need to be educated so that they see white privilege, some don't even see themselves as being privileged.

I asked you to provide the statements from Jesse, Louis, and Al. I'm not going to help you with this one, you made the accusation, now back it up. There you go again.... "Any incident...." Refrain from such absolutes.

Like I say, it's not a perfect scenario, but no one is guaranteed from contracting HIV.. It's a killer disease of terrible porportions..And if the cure isn't helping blacks as you might suggest, then what's the solution.. I havent' read your reference, but I'd be willing to bet if it was a profit-driven company seeking a cure it would strive to find a cure for all races becaseu money is green.. If that's a government conspiracy then we shouldn't trust the government..

Systemic racism? How do you address something like that? By bullying every white person who disagrees with a black person? By all means, go after those systemic racists, but lay off the rest of us.. Can you honestly not admit that Jessie, Louis and Al haven't made racially divisive statements throughout their careers?  Thats what they do.. They incite racial annimosity towards whites in most everything they do.. Any incident involving a black and white, they are there attacking the white guy..

There are actually a few other countries that are more prosperous today. Definitely don't have access to the best health care, even though it is here.
